Summary: The apartment wasn't particularly clean & almost everything inside was tired. Balcony outside furniture had a broken table another table had peeling paint. Inside, it had a musty smell throughout, with old clutter stuffed into wardrobes. Almost all furniture & appliances appeared to be at end of their useful life. Bathroom was dreadful. Gloomy, shower didn't work properly & just unpleasant. Didn't want to spend any time in there. Stayed in many locations across nz & this is easily the worst. Just cannot believe this place has so many outstanding reviews.
